My classes are sacred spaces for mind, body, and soul—designed to guide you inward through reflection, intentional self-awareness practices, and deep inner work. Together, we create a container for healing, connection, and transformation, where you’re encouraged to slow down, show up, and rediscover your own inner peace. Rooted in community and compassion, my work supports the journey of self-healing and authentic living.
Over 90% of my classes are offered on a donation basis because I truly believe that healing and transformation should be available to everyone. We’ll begin with a sacred cup of Blue Lotus tea, an ancient heart-opening elixir known to awaken intuition, calm the nervous system, and expand the spirit. From there, you’ll be guided through a powerful and transformational breathwork journey—a rhythmic, circular style of conscious breathing designed to clear emotional blockages, activate inner wisdom, and reconnect you to your most authentic, embodied self.
This practice invites both softness and surrender. You may experience sensations of energy moving, emotional release, or profound peace as your body unwinds and your spirit opens.
Please bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillow, and eye covering
Any crystals, oils, or sacred items that support your comfort
A water bottle to stay hydrated
